| Brought my car in for sound issues. Sound diagnostic ended up costing me $170 and the recommendations to fix my axle bearing with no guarantees of fixing the sound at $500-800 didn't make sense. I brought to another shop which had free sound diagnostics (same method using a stethoscope and test drives), and found out the issue was to replace a tire ($150) which fixed the issue. Michael's made me feel like I was being taken advantaged of. |

| Michaels is a very reputable mechanic. They are very trustworthy and do great and timely work. I highly recommend using them. They have helped us out of a bad situation with our car more than once. They also have rental car discounts! 10/10 will be using Michaels as long as I am live in the Seattle area. |

| Michael's Auto is great. Only place I'll take my truck. I've been taking my Tacoma there for 3 or 4 years. It has 263k miles. It was running rough and I was certain I was going to need to get a new car. But they found the issue, fixed it and it runs like it was new. No matter what the issue is, running rough, oil leak, check engine light, when I get my truck back it's always running in perfect order. Can't recommend them more highly. |
